Stock-Back ® Bonus Rewards

Terms and Conditions

These Promotions are only for Stock-Back participants that are enrolled in the Stash Stock-Back® Rewards Program and are subject to the terms and conditions of such program, including, but not limited to, the maximum cash value of Stock-Back® Bonus Rewards (or “SB Bonus Rewards”) that such participants are eligible to earn thereunder.

The Promotion

For all qualifying debit card purchases posted during the time periods and at the merchants and/or merchant categories specified below, Stock-Back participants will be eligible (unless otherwise noted below) to earn the applicable percentage listed below per qualifying purchase, or, if greater, a fixed dollar amount of $0.01 per qualifying purchase, up to the maximum cash value of Stock-Back® Bonus Rewards that such participants are eligible to earn:

Offers only available for Stock-Back participants that received an offer directly from Stash for this specific time period and for these qualifying purchases.

Additionally, and from time to time, Stash may offer certain participants in this Program additional merchant bonuses and applicable percentages per qualifying purchase within specified time periods through the Stash mobile application and/or website. Upon a qualifying purchase made in accordance with any such offer, you will receive the corresponding Stock-Back Rewards Bonus attributable to such qualifying purchase as specified in your offer. You acknowledge and agree that any such rewards offered hereunder may vary, and the rewards offered to you may be different from the rewards offered to another eligible Stock-Back participant.

Eligibility

To participate in this Promotion you must be a Stash debit account holder who is enrolled as a participant in the Stash Stock-Back Rewards program, which is governed by the Stock-Back Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Program Terms”). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Stash Stock-Back Rewards is a rewards program (the “program”) offered by Stash Financial, Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Stash”) that a Stash debit account holder may choose to participate in that enables such holder to earn fractional shares of stock of certain publicly-traded companies and/or exchange-traded funds (together, “Stock” for purposes of these terms and conditions) on certain qualifying purchases made using a Stash debit card issued by Stride Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. See the full Program Terms referenced above, which you agreed to when you joined the program, for important disclosures, including what purchases qualify to earn stock and when and how you will receive any stock earned.

A “Plus Subscription” is a Tier 2 Platform Tier Service (as described in the Stash Investments LLC Advisory Agreement). Stash customers who elect to purchase, and then maintain, the Tier 2 Platform Tier Service may be eligible for additional or higher value rewards or bonuses, at Stash’s sole discretion, and as described in these Promotion Terms.
