Genmab A/S has two approved antibodies: DARZALEX (daratumumab) and Arzerra (ofatumumab). DARZALEX is approved in combination with other standard therapies in frontline multiple myeloma, relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and as a monotherapy for heavily pretreated or double-refractory multiple myeloma. It is marketed in the United States (U.S.), Europe and Japan.
