The Company operates three segments: Wendyís U.S., Wendyís International and Global Real Estate & Development. Wendyís U.S. includes the operation and franchising of Wendyís restaurants in the United States. Wendyís International includes the franchising of Wendyís restaurants in countries and territories other than the United States.
