We at Stash are legally required to ask you whether or not you would like to add a Trusted Contact for your account(s). Adding a Trusted Contact is NOT required. If you should choose to add one, anyone you trust who is 18 or older is eligible.
Note: Your Trusted Contact does not need to be the same as your account beneficiary.
Stash will only contact your Trusted Contact if we have reason to believe there is possible financial exploitation occurring in your account. This information will be used to confirm the specifics of your contact information, health status, or identity of legal guardian, executor, or holder of power of attorney. Your Trusted Contact will not have access to other account information.
A Trusted Contact can be added, modified, or removed from your account at any time by contacting us.
